
I admit, I am not a gym person but I do regular exercise at home with the help of those free exercise videos posted on YouTube. I have done Zumba from various providers and today, I am into cardio exercises through an easy to follow 10 minutes exercise video from SparkPeople.
Following the instructor religiously help me keep my breathing normalize. It also helps keep my thighs at bay, and of course my weight to normal for my age and height....
